1. Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
Customers may request to cancel a service within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting our support team at [support email or phone number]. Requests received after this period may not be accepted, depending on the status of service delivery.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or if a request violates our terms of service. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered as described
  • Service not initiated within 7 working days
  • Duplicate payments made in error

Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services that have already been delivered or are in progress
  • Customized or personalized services
  • Delays caused by incomplete information or actions on the customer’s side

Refund Process:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that additional time may be required for the bank to reflect the transaction.
